After losses in the most recent battles in Burma, the Republic has begun to establish a Medical Relief Force. Their job will be to be attached to military units and will help recover wounded, perform surgery, and administer death rights. They will be unarmed and will be based off the Tamilakam medical service that came prescribed with the Expanded Human Rights Charter.
The relief force will help save thousands of Burmese soldiers as well as give them physical therapy until they are back to fighting level. The MRF will be funded with over 2 million Kyat, a large investment that should hopefully provide the MRF with modern day equipment and training.
