The space in the budget combined with the final stages of the conflict with the CPCA was a powerful force to the preparation of the utilization of the large amount of Konkordiyan planes that the Popular Front had bought. The final push, however, was the breaking out of conflict to the south of the Guardianship who had found itself bordering a conglomerate of Muslim extremist insurgent groups. The Guardianship's other neighbor of Punjab had clearly been mobilizing and building up its armed forces, and tensions in the region generally speaking seemed to be very high. This was also further strengthening all of the parties on the right-wing of the Popular Front, who had enjoyed a high level of support due to the long-standing war time support against the CPCA. This would allow the airforce of the Guardianship to be multiplied significantly from it's current airforce that had gotten experience against the CPCA, but flew domestically-built planes that were significantly worse than the new Konkordiyan planes.
