The Sudan was a nation built upon liberation of all African peoples, especially the Sudanese and thus the Republic had a prime directive to unite the area. The guide of the revolution, President Odhiambo Okelo has pushed for a directive to bring The Sudan into the international stage by expanding eastward and establishing port control. With ports under control of The Sudan trade can begin expanding further and further. In the east, there were only minor warlords that ruled over the border provinces and thus the loyal and revolutionary forces of The Sudan quickly placated the bandits.

The eastern provinces were quickly brought into the Sudanese system known as Okeloism. Worker cooperatives were set up and soldiers were to be stationed in the area to make sure dissent is low and banditry is destroyed. The lands of the east would quickly be incorporated into the Republic, ensuring that any colonial legacy in the area would be removed and towns would revert back to their local names. Once again The Sudan would be united under the common goal of Pan-Africanism and a Third Way, a third way that is guided by President Okelo.
