A petrostate by any name. The Great Babil Socialist Jamahiriya is a state founded upon the lofty ideals of the great successor of Nebuchadnezzar himself. Our goal is the resurrection and renaissance of a new Babylon. Babylon is the first example of Arab civilization. It is our intention to resurrect this ancient pillar of progress in its ancestral homeland. Under the determined and watchful guiding hand of the Ba'ath Party, we will finally begin the process of reclaiming our ancient roots. As we move forward we must ensure revolutionary industries are developed and that the primacy of the military is not forgotten.
