The La Cosa Nostra has forced itself into almost every avenue of Kiryas Satmar life, now including the Trade Unions of the Kingdom. While most of the Trade Unions had to be mandated by the government, the La Cosa Nostra has begun to form their own industrial unions made up of the large Italian-American working demographic. While these are not only just industrial unions, they are also largely radical socialist groups that wish for proper representation in the government as the Kingdom is incredibly Jewish-centric and autocratic. The industrial unions have swelled in size due to the La Cosa Nostra and have supposedly begun to arm themselves all thanks to the gun running that the Five Families have begun to be known for. The largest industrial unions are as follows:

• The Teamsters Union (The 'Ndrangheta)
• The Knights of Labor (The Vitozzi)
• United Steelworkers of Nuovo America (The Moretti)
• The CFMEU (The Sopranos)
• The Industrial Workers of the World (The Del Golfo)

Each of the five largest industrial unions are all backed by different families of the La Cosa Nostra. Even though the Five Families are at odds with each other most of the time, they have all united to create stability for their Italian-American brothers (And all other workers). The most radical of the unions are the CFMEU and the IWW. The CFMEU (Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union) have been primarily been involved with 'illegal' strikes for many years and has a strong Nationalist and Socialist influence. The IWW are known in history as being radical socialists, this is no different now. With two incredibly radical unions known for striking quite aggressively already the police of Kiryas Satmar have begun to crack down by strike breaking and stalking key union leaders. Luckily the Five Families have begun to post 'Private Investigators' who are legally allowed to carry weapons to the strikes to ensure that the police do not interrupt, coupled with a few key kidnappings and assassinations this has created quite the 'razz' in Kiryas Satmar.
