In the southern reaches of the Rhodian border, a small group of united separatist Mormon towns flourished under the leadership of their Prophet. The Commonwealth saw the economic power and the food production of these towns so they sent a small delegation from the 3% Movement to organise an alliance or even the annexation of the towns. However, on the delegation reaching the town of Liberty there were rampant human rights violations and abuse of the faithful. While Rhodes usually does not work against people's liberty and rights, the abuse of the townspeople had gone too far to just ignore. A small group of the Rhodian Police Force and the Federal Investigative Agency deployed into Liberty armed with rifles and handguns to arrest the Prophet known as 'The Guide'. A small scuffle erupted with bullets being fired by both parties, the RPF-FIA and the Liberty fellowship.

After a small firefight in Liberty, 'The Guide' was shot and killed. While it is unsure if he himself fired that bullet or if it was shot by one of the Rhodian officers, the Liberty fellowship quickly surrendered. A few of the fellowship were found with self-inflicted gun wounds, unwilling to surrender to the Rhodian police. However, overall the people of Liberty were thankful for the end to the abuse while also now being able to practice their faith without any cult elements.
