It is the duty of every Scientologist to go out into the public and improve the world, it is the duty of the enlightened to enlighten. The Admiralty is a Scientologist nation and as they have professed faith in Dianetics they have taken upon the mantle of expanding the Bridge, helping people free themselves from what holds them back. The only proper way of ensuring that Pre-Clears do reach the Bridge to Total Freedom would be educate them in a way that they cannot refuse explicitly. People will flock under the banner of the Admiralty due to the order, safety, and peace that comes with it. All they have to do is find themselves within the religious boundaries of society.

The New York Light-Foot marching into Danbury, Old Connecticut

The town of Danbury was the first to be absorbed in the expansions known in the Admiralty as the 'Bridge To Total Freedom'. A small town, but with great farmlands and was known in the area as a breadbasket. The food they would provide would help keep the armies of the Admiralty well-equipped enough to provide the protection that they have promised to all. Danbury voluntarily joined the Admiralty as Admiral Saxton personally met with the Mayor of Danbury and convinced him that the benefits would far outweigh the cons. This with a small display of power with the New York Light Foot deploying in Danbury to provide 'disaster relief', for a disaster that hadn't happened yet. More so a warning for what disasters could happen without the support of the Admiralty.

After Danbury was absorbed into the Admiralty, the surrounding smaller towns soon joined under the banner of Scientology. Churches begun to adapt, replacing their cross with the seven pointed cross of Scientology. Mosques begun to move towards the Nation of Islam, small changes would continue until they were perfectly in line with the rest of the Admiralty.
