The Admirality of New York is legally a Neo-Scientologist nation. The state faith is promoted in all ways possible, the Ideal Orgs of the Church are in every town, city, and village. However, this does not mean the nation is 100% Neo-Scientologist, it would be stupid to assume that all follow one faith in the post-flood world. In the post-flood America, people have returned to their religion as a way of coping with the apocalyptic event that changed the once United States of America forever.

The Neo-Scientologist Church of New York

The Neo-Scientologist Church of New York is rather similar to the pre-flood Scientology, however, there have been small changes that would of course happen over time without the established orthodoxy. The core ideals are the same, using Dianetics and the various holy books written by L.Ron Hubbard, except the focus on helping others has been put on high priority. The pre-flood Volunteer Ministers have become a major force in the Neo-Scientologist Church with charity programs, disaster relief, and military protection. The Volunteer Ministers have been given medical training, ethics training, and small amounts of security/military training so that during disasters they can provide support for people that need it.

The Neo-Scientologist Church has also been adapted for local characteristics. While the Church used to be have a national polity, now, it is rather similar to Orthodoxy Christianity where the state wide Ideal Orgs have been adapted to the post-flood culture. For example, in New York, the head of the Church, the civic nationalist culture has been promoted by the New York Org where duty rules over all. But in other post-flood nations the Ideal Orgs would adapt their teachings to fit within the new culture that has been developed.

The United Christian Scientologist Fellowship

The UCSF is the legal and encouraged Christian sect of New York. It is a mix of Scientology ethics with Christian faith, both been adapted to fit each other and create a syncretic faith. Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard described Scientology as "the Western Anglicized continuance of many earlier forms of wisdom", and cites the teachings of Jesus among belief systems of those "earlier forms". Jesus is recognised in Scientology as part of its "religious heritage," and "is seen as only one of many good teachers." Instead of placing a focus on supporting a deistic God that Neo-Scientology does, the Christian God has taken the primary focus. Jesus has been adapted to be one of the first 'Clears' of Scientology and being one of the first teachers of Scientology to the masses. In the UCSF, Jesus is classified as below the level of Operating Thetan, and was described by L. Ron Hubbard as being a "shade above" the condition of "Clear," similar to the group’s view of Buddha.

The UCSF is led by the Religious Council of Secondary Tech, a government approved Christian Synod that ensures that Christianity is properly compatible with Scientology. This of course has changed certain beliefs, like the fact that Jesus would have reincarnated in later times, not as the Messiah, but as a high ranking Operating Thetan within the Scientologist Church. Of course, the UCSF also incorporates auditing and Dianetics into their belief system, treating Dianetics as a 'secondary holy book' to the Bible.

The Congregation of Eastern Wisdom

The Congregation of Eastern Wisdom is the legal Buddhist 'Church' within New York. Just like the UCSF it has been made compatible with Scientology. The major change is that L.Ron Hubbard is claimed to be the 'Maitreya' or at least an avatar of the prophesied Buddha of the future. Scientology previously has already been said to be compatible with Buddhism and Hinduism, with the underlying principle in Scientology is the ancient Hindu doctrine of reincarnation or samsara, but without nirvana. It is said that the only way to reach nirvana correctly is with the help of auditing and Dianetics, claiming that OT8, the highest Operating Thetan level in Scientology is directly the same as 'nirvana'.

Hubbard has made direct references to the comparison between Scientology and eastern religions: "But are we indebted to Asia?… All of us have the same potentials, but it happens that the information which has been collected over the years is available in Asia. It has been not preserved in the Western world. Therefore, we look to such things as the Veda." Hubbard says in the Phoenix Lectures: "And what we have just talked about in terms of knowing the way to Knowingness, is very, very closely associated here with Buddha, or Lord Buddha, or Gautama Buddha, or the Blessed One, or the Enlightened one." Because of these references made by L.Ron Hubbard, Buddhism and to a lesser degree, Hinduism, Scientology has become properly compatible.

The Nation of Islam

In the pre-flood America the Nation of Islam already found itself compatible with Scientology very similar beliefs even without picking up Dianetics, though it is said that Louis Farrakhan had thought of praising Dianetics previously. Now, the Nation of Islam had fully accepted Dianetics as a holy book and auditing is a proper way to praise Allah. The Nation of Islam has also been adapted to remove some of the more racist ideas (anti-white and anti-Semitic views) and instead replace it with an internationalist views of acceptance and respect. The main change is also that all men are created equal and Scientology is the common ground for all races and cultures. The Prophet Muhammad has also been adapted to be another one of the 'good teachers' who taught Dianetics without even intentionally doing so.

The Nation of Islam is also the only autonomous religions within the Admirality, being left alone to their own devices and being allowed to keep their pre-flood paramilitary organisation, the Fruit of Islam.
