"On this day, we welcome our Arab brothers in Najd into our Federation- for unity and liberty!"
The tribal leaders of the western region of Najd have voted on joining our Federation! The mostly agrarian tribes of the arid Najd region have been their for centuries and have been under many different banners- now they are under ours! This dry region is sparsely populated, but surprisingly fertile in certain areas.
"Soon we will no longer be a federation of the Arabs of Egypt and Northern Hejaz, but of all Arabs", said president Ma'ruf Safar in his weekly address to the National Assembly regarding the tribe's ascension into our federation. He was received with standing ovation from the rest of the assembly.
