One may look at the incredible rapid expansion of the URC in the last year and think that we had marched a massive army around Siberia, conquering those who stood in our way, and subjugating thousands of souls. Well, the first part is right. We have been marching a massive army around Siberia, only not an army of conquest, but an army of development. Our army of laborers, our thousands of workers and supply trucks, our millions of tons of steel and concrete and thousands of tools. We've brought highways and railways and telephones and radios back to the people of Siberia. We've connected them to the infrastructure of the Union, and we have made their lives better because of it.
