It was no secret that ever since the Republic of Georgia's secession from the Union in 1955, the country aimed to secure its existence through aggressive territorial expansion in the liberation of fellow Southern states from anarchy and foreign occupation. In the several years of its existence. Georgia has acquired vast swathes of the Southeastern United States in a complex web of military regimes, countyships and state governments planted by the Georgian Armed Forces to serve as collaborators in the occupation. Nevertheless these sorts of arrangements are not supposed to last as civilian government must return to these regions. Arkansas, Tenneseee, Alabama and South Carolina have now been ostensibly integrated into the Georgian and Renewalist political machine that clamors for the end of the occupation have intensified dramatically.
In late March 1958, the Renewalist Party made an announcement that democratic elections in the occupied states would begin at the same time as the Georgian general elections were scheduled for November 1958 and the military governments established in the non Georgian regions would assist in the electoral process and dissolve once new civilian governments are elected in these states. President Talmadge himself expressed great interest in the self determination and integration of the state Georgia gathered under its wing unifying them in a new federal entity headquartered in Atlanta. The Democratic Party supported the venture with the hopes that the party could recover their electoral losses against the Renewalists and wrest control of government through winning key elections in these states.
Unfortunately for the Democrats, the Renewalists do not play ball. Almost instantly as the Democratic Caucauses established themselves in Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee and South Carolina, they were met with severe bureaucratic challenges, harassment by Renewalist paramilitaries and their media services were under constant attack by the strength and resources of the Renewalist media machine. It has become nakedly clear of the military's collusion with the Renewalists in providing them electoral advantages in the state elections, who often relied on intimidation tactics to pressure the Democrats from participating.
As November 1958 rolls around, the 1958 elections went off across the nation. An obscene amount of voter intimidation and election tampering was reported by multiple democratic watchdogs across the nation. Despite the blatant rigging of the election, the results are as follows:

With such a clear and overwhelming electoral success on the hands of the Renewalists, their political mandate is secured to now officialize the creation of a new Confederate States of America, heralding their forefathers nearly a century ago. Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes of the old Confederacy, the new Confederacy rises from the tumult of the apocalypse with a unified vision and renewed will to power.
With civilian governments now established across the South, a Constitutional Convention for the new Confederate States of America was called. Delegates from the states arrived to Atlanta where they would deliberate on the establishment of a Confederal entity that would represent all member states of the Confederacy equally and to elect a President as formal head of state. True to form, The delegates have decided to adopt the old 1860 Confederate Constitution to form the CSA adapted towards Renewalist ideological principles with the enshrining of white supremacy under legal code, the subservience of those deemed undesirables by the state, the complete dismantlement of the Georgian Bill of Rights as penned by the liberal Georgian government of the 1940s, enshrining of the Georgian corporatist economic model, the role of the military and citizen service, the duties of a Confederate citizen to the state and limitations on the press and speech.
