The war against the Midwestern Interstate Compact is going extremely well. The Shermanite forces, cowered by the might of our armed forces while our navy despite taking a beating, successfully neutralized the Interstate Compact's fleet before it could merge with DC forces and seized the port. All in all, the campaign is going swimmingly.

Nevertheless, our casualties are still concerning and our reserves have buckled as a result. We risk having understrength divisions should we be unable to requisition enough men to replace our losses. Thus High Command has agreed to issue a partial mobilization order.
