Secretary Khrushchev,

I deeply appreciate your words, we are glad to have the support of the Politburo in these times of great change. The Ohio Red Guard has already established a line guaranteeing our People’s Liberation Army to receive material supporting upwards of 7,200 more trained cadets, and 1,300 trained engineers, with materiel to arrive through the Free Quebec and New York borders by the end of this week. Although the Baxter Training Grounds only support a total of 1,200 soldiers bi-monthly, we will be sure to fulfill a draftee list to organize soldiers as soon as their equipment arrives, at least allowing them to receive their guns and uniforms before entering basic training.

With hope, the Ministry of Defense will be able to send an attaché of officers to Caribou by the beginning of next year.
