The United Workers of Appalachia has intervened in the civil conflict in the Carolinas and has established a presence in the region. As you are no doubt aware, reports are seeping in from your efforts that the UWA is hunting down Renewalists and our allied fifth columnist elements from within the Carolinas and are cracking down on dissent. You are tasked with making contact with Renewalist militias in the country as well as anti communist elements within North Carolina to establish a contact network we could use to stoke unrest and assist their cause. We will provide you with the funding and supplies necessary for this task.
