Today, in Montpelier, an armed convoy of trucks departed directly from Revolution Square onto US 2, presumably headed directly to Caribou, through NERCQ. Although the contents of this convoy are ostensibly unknown, it can be ascertained that the NEPA has enacted their plan to allow for greater prominence of Maine soldiers in New England, and are now hosting themselves in Caribou, to avoid the toils of war in the neighboring state of New Hampshire.

Only days earlier, Comrade Childers had declared that the CMLA would begin establishing civilian law councils throughout the country, ensuring a peaceable solution to the complicated rule of law occurring around the front. Alongside the councils, the CMLA also announced an effort to contribute a significant effort to the war, matching that of Vermont and New Hampshire.
