Thousands have been killed in a matter of hours by the military dictatorship of Worcester, who paint their boats with the blood of the worker. We cannot let the undertaking of such unbridled aggression against the proletariat persist in the mind of the public as a just act. In the name of socialism, the 4th Vermont Artillery battalion is to station themselves near the Spencer Border Post to engage in a full volley directed towards the port and military installations of the fascist-occupied city of Worcester, with the target being foremostly compromised of any standing USAF-EMANE forces.
