Moldavia has reached its maximum extent. The State of Dnipro is now consolidated as large as it will be, and our Southern Coastline is longer than the Moldavians of old could have imagined.

The Dnieper River mouth is now a massive estuary, with islands and marshes all across it, but with rich farmland, and wild game. It is lightly populated - a combination of the small settlements sustainable in the wetlands, and the terrors of the Scythian rulers who have now thankfully dissipated. Moldavia and the State of Dnipro will take steps to respect the farming communities - we cN certainly provide markets for those products - but we will also bring improvements.

A new Railway, bridged across the Dnieper Mouth, to the Eastern (left) bank, will bring a new dawn for communications and trading with the Ukrainians, Russians, and other groups on the left bank. There still remains a substantial Pagan substate, and our neighbours in the North appear to have a grave financial crisis which may see the Dnieper Union collapse. What should we do in the circumstances? It seems keep on building, and hope to accommodate any mass uncertainty with our stalwart courage, and determination.
