Moldavian Peace Corps, newly established and given fresh objectives, have begun their work in our East and North. These first provinces, creaking under the pressure of the advancing Scythian nation at the mouth of the Dnieper, have called, and we have answered.

Brisk work, establishing local civil services and emergency contacts, have had our entire economy working overtime, as Moldavia takes in the long term nature of these most pressured decisions. Moldavia will never be the same!

Mayor Sami Keptuviyy, representing the people of this part of Red Ruthenia, commented on the speed of the work:

Overall, I will say this is good for our people, not to fall under the power of the Pagan state in the East. We will embrace this change for the sake of our people and our future, but we do not trust folly or idealism. We are pragmatists, and it is in this guise that we sign these papers and come under the jurisdiction of Moldavia.

For a more warm and diplomatic speech, one could not hope.
