Governor Election Slated for 2030: Voters Enraged

With the apparent utter deafening silence of the Auvergne Council ended with councilmember Yanus Wilhelm of the AFLP announcing his resignation from government, citing concerns with “The state of so-called ‘citizen democracy,’” the de facto executive administration has been publicly reported to have reconvened last Sunday, marking the first official meeting of the council that is accessible to the public, as stipulated in the First Dijon Agreement signed into law nearly 6 years ago.

Just hours after councilmember Wilhelm’s resignation, CM Crozier, leader of El Wokisme announced that the Auvergne council will “Take steps in ensuring that the Council is made more accessible to the public, and that a true Governor election can occur within 2030''. Crozier has been called into question by his local supporters in Riom, with some voters saying that “His dastardly handling of the party is unacceptable.”

With the resignation of Monsieur Wilhelm, the membership of the Auvergne Council drops below 66, with East Cote Batin losing its representative until an apparent 3031 Third Auvergne Council.
