The never-ending violence besieging Spain has once again sent our bureaucracy and government into a disruptive mess. Despite this setback, We are no strangers to such administrative shocks, and Field Marshal Varcarcel and his subordinates ensured that enough resources and manpower were evacuated from Cordoba before the coup. That and the incorporation of Madrid and its infrastructure ensured a swift return to at least some semblance of normalcy in our institutional integrity. Nevertheless, the Provisional Government is allocating further resources to rebuild the Capital City, recruit more clerks and officers, improve tax collection, cauterize our cash outflow, and improve the efficiency of Spain's bureaucratic structure.

Construcciones Aeronauticas S.A. is a state-owned enterprise founded after the merger of the Nationalist and Republican aerospace industries and manufacturing plants of Hispano Aviacion in their respective areas. Tasked with the maintenance and construction of the Air Force, CASA is one of the most prominent enterprises of Spain's military-industrial complex. Nevertheless, the Republican Air Force is vastly outdated in its current form, with it's performance during the civil war being lackluster compared to the Nationalist Air Force which has instead switched to Franco's army in Seville. Investments towards improved technology and CASA's output are of immense importance to the war effort against Generals Franco and Blanco. Key areas of interest are acquiring new airframes, rocketry technology and new designs for our airforce to fight toe to toe as an equal against Franco.
