The Old Qemalist Republic is dead, only small holdouts of terrorists and insurgents keep up the legacy of the Freemasons. Because of this, the Provisional Government has authorised diplomats to be sent out across Europe to gain recognition for their new budding state. The Provisional Foreign Ministry has sent out diplomats, letters, radio correspondences, and telephone calls, all for the purpose of establishing the Kosovar Confederation of States as the sole legal authority in the region.

Nations of Europe, the Masonic/Qemali Order in once-was-Dardania no longer holds national authority. The Qemalist Republic of Dardania no longer exists. The nations and peoples of this country gained real freedom to choose the way of their self-determination. The search for a democratic reformation for the Qemali state brought us to dissolution of the Republic itself.

The masonic-totalitarian system which deprived the Kosovar people of an opportunity to become successful and prosperous long ago has been eliminated. A breakthrough has been achieved on the way to democratic changes. Free elections, freedom of the press, religious freedoms, representative organs of power, a democratic system has became a reality; human rights are recognized as the supreme principle and no longer shall the Dictatorship-Of-The-Masons ever be restored.

The movement to a diversify the economy has started, equality of all forms of property is becoming established, people who work on the land are coming to life again in the framework of land reform, farmers have appeared, millions of acres of land are being given over to people who live in the countryside and in towns.

The Old Qemali Way is gone. Economic freedom of the producer has been legalized, and entrepreneurship, shareholding, privatization are gaining momentum. In turning this economy towards a market, we have liberated the economic independence of all citizens across Kosova.

We enter this new phase of our society with apprehension, but also with hope, with faith in the Kosovar people, the wisdom and force of Europe. We are the heirs of a great civilization, and its rebirth into a new, modern and dignified life now depends on one and all.

Every international correspondence sent came with instructions on how to contact the Provisional Government so that international recognition could be achieved post-haste. The Provisional Government has also opened up the chance of embassies being built in the capital of Tirana, bringing the Confederation to the European stage.
