Věžovka was a small town of just 20 thousand people, now finds itself occupied with feeding some 10 thousand technicians and engineers at the recently set up oil refineries here. Throughout the past 2 years, Rusko have had to relied itself upon oil shipments down south from the Caucasus to keep the lights on, given the vast fields of Siberia were no longer accessible to the diesel hungry Zaamies of the Legion due to a lack of over sea access. One of the main goal of the Southward, and now Westward push thus, was to be able to meet - and exceed - the energy demands of the rapidly developing territories of Rusko in preparation of the democratization of the area. Věžovka was chosen with its location dead in the middle of the largest gas field discovered on the West Bank of Hydra Bay to be the site of the brand new oil and gas refinery, funded partially by the Arkadij family.
