The National Reorganization Process of Spain knew that extensive and powerful reforms must be implemented both for the security of the new regime and bring Spain back from an age of despair and destruction into one of dignity and health. Nevertheless, the King of Spain has greater ambitions than just a united and free Spain. He wants a Great Spain. A global power reminiscent of its cultural and political zenith during the Spanish Empire.

The brainchild of King Alfonso Borbon and his advisors, The Plan Imperial represents the collective efforts of Spain towards its reconstruction and rebirth into a new Empire. Involving a Five Year Plan for economic growth through manufacturing expansion, agricultural mechanization, and institutional reinforcement, the creation of the Armada Española, and the modernization of Spain's air force, Spain shall attain the power projection worthy of a Great Power.
