Towering Reform Passed by Sartre — Military Buildup Imminent

Vichy is in celebration as the Ordre signs more sweeping reforms into law, guaranteeing exceptional rights to all men of Auvergne creed. Passed as a series of singular bills, the Prosperity Collection ensures that all individuals have the resources provided to them to become democratic members of society, including the term that officially outlaws serfdom within the state, though many previous reforms made by Monsieur Sartre guaranteed the fair treatment of landless farmers long before the Prosperity Collection, with this signage simply being the official end of serfdom within the state.

Alongside the end of serfdom, the Prosperity Collection ratifies the fair treatment of women as equal members of society, as well as ethnic minorities such as Basques and Cagots. It has been detailed in the Iris Declaration that women will be allowed to run for office in the upcoming elections, though the Ordre has yet to release an adjoining statement regarding the place of women in Guinefortisme!; the party of Sartre himself.

Finally, other portions of the Prosperity Collection target the ability for individuals to enter Auvergne, including the establishment of the Auvergne Immigration Offices, as well as the Auvergne Detention Services, which will act in tandem with the Vichyite Ordre police forces to create the first official criminal rehabilitation institute in Riom. These reforms are seen by Auvergne as another step towards modernization in the face of an ever-unified France, and will undoubtedly lead to further diplomatic cooperation between the elements of the federation, particularly the Southern Regions, who are beginning to reform from the radicalism of day’s past into a more palpable French state.

Alongside the Prosperity Collection, the co-consul Napoleon of North France, under advisory of War Minister Magne Deniau, has expanded the enlistment requirements of Auvergne, now allowing for any man to volunteer in the French National Army alongside the private Ordre Corps which have acted as Vichy’s de-facto national military for the past 40 years, since the establishment of the Cardinal Knights of Vichy.
