The Qemalist Republic of Dardania is dedicated to the restoration of the Greater Dardanian region and the first stages were about to begin. The lands of the post-deluge Yugoslavia held territories that once were traditionally Kosovar and had been forcibly made Serbian. The largest and most important of the territories to be taken in the first expansionary edict is the city of Leskovac. Leskovac, which would soon be renamed to Hisar, was populated by townsfolk who practised a cultural medley of both Oriental and European habits, whilst the social fabric was dominated by affluent, often competing industrialists families. Because of this, Hisar was a highly valuable city with a large production centre as well as a strong agricultural community in the heartlands of the greater Hisar area.

Kryeministr (Prime Minister) Bajram Begaj knew that the unfortunately now majority Serbian city might not voluntarily join so under the advice of the Asambleja e Trimave (Assembly of Braves) he gained authority from the Masonik Senati (Masonic Senate) to deploy an expeditionary force. With a unanimous vote from both the national legislative bodies, Kryeministr and C.I.C Begaj has deployed the ARNORTH/2nd Brigade (Army North) to the border of Dardania and the city-state of 'Leskovac' in a observatory capacity (armed diplomacy) in tandem with a diplomatic envoy from Sekretar (Secretary of State) Joniara Salihu. Sekretar Salihu came with a message signed by the national legislature of Dardania authorising an offering of integration into the federal system.

The Qemalist Republic of Dardania wishes you great health and peace upon all. Dardania is a nation of multiculturalism, religious pluralism, and economic safety that has ensured healthy growth and stability across the lands we govern. Dardania provides a land of prosperity and a government that does not wish to violate the rights of the individual.

Under the authority of the Asambleja e Trimave and the Masonik Senati, I, Kryeministr Bajram Begaj, wish to offer Leskovac integration to the Qemalist Republic of Dardania as a Special Economic Zone.

Dardanian Soldiers of the 2nd Brigade ARNORTH Entering Leskovac Peacefully, Jan 2022, Colorised - Credit Ana Bojevi, Grade 9 at Leskovac High School

As the envoy was entering the lands nominally under the authority of Leskovac so did the 2nd Brigade ARNORTH. Before long, the Dardanian envoys were meeting in the Grand Senate while Dardanian soldiers stood guard outside. After the diplomatic meeting, the Grand-Senators took only five minutes to authorise the unanimous vote to begin integration into Dardania.
