I have been overwhelmed by how many awesome postcards I have received lately! This community is awesome! I really hope that I have not forgotten to thank anyone either here or in a private message.
/u/Squishy_3000 - Thank-you for the motivational postcard! It really is true, Nothing Great was ever achieved without enthusiasm! I think we are all feeling the effects of lockdown. In my state we have done a "smart restart", but I am still working from home, at least till the end of this month. A lot of businesses are open again, and a lot of people out and about without masks. :-(
/u/Ecstatic-Safe - Thank-you for the Lawrence postcard! I'm not huge on sports either, but a good portion of people here are huge Vikings fan and ND State Bison football fans. And I think a lot of people have switched to Eagles fans because Carson Wentz is from here. I don't really follow it at all though.
/u/808pgh - Thank-you for the New Hampshire postcard. I love that it is vintage, so cool! There is an antique shop here in town that I like to go and browse the old postcards.
/u/Sana425 - I may have thanked you already, but if not... thank-you for the postcard from Illinois! We have tons of cows here in ND too. :-) Hiking and camping in Colorado sounds awesome! It is such a beautiful state!
/u/quadropod - Thank-you for the Miguel Utrillo postcard! It is beautiful! I spend some time in AZ last summer, visiting my parents. I think the coolest day I was there was 103.... forget that! 115... I cannot imagine. I have been told one gets used to the heat, but I don't know, man. It was too hot for me. Today in Bismarck we are having a relatively cool day of a high of 67! Quite the difference!
