Create Tone From Scratch

So I know you can edit existing tones, but how do you totally delete pedals from the chain (rather than just swiping up on them) and/or add a new type of pedal? As well as move pedals around in the chain? Essentially I want to choose my amp and just build out my rig from scratch, if possible...
