Spark 40 vs Spark Mini

Hi,

I'm considering getting a spark amp but am undecided between the 40 and Mini so have come in search of advice from owners!

I'm a home only player these days and am on the verge if gifting my Boss Katana to my 13 year old who has just taken up guitar and is in need of a good amp.

I know both Sparks access the same set of amps etc via the app but for home use am I better going with the Mini?

I've watched a few YT videos and it seems to havr better sound than the 40 which, I think, has a bass issue?
