Hi all,
Got a BS in Sociology with a long history in political organizing and all that comes with it (database management, "member engagement"/customer service) as well as intimate knowledge of the healthcare and insurance industries and insurance licenses in three states. Have about three years of experience in this field, before that I have about five years of restaurant/managerial experience.
Honestly, looking either for a full-time career job at a decent salary or just something part-time to pay the bills while I start my own business. I just got laid off and am struggling to make ends meet this month (unemployment is going to be "investigating" and "processing" my claims until the middle of next month). Not a lot out there right now, it seems.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
