Every day brings new resolve and new commitment from people who have never protested a day in their lives, never saw the need. But the time is now. Portland, Oregon is at the center of attention of the world, the flashpoint for an "Arab Spring" in America. Every day the message is clear: YOU WILL NOT TAKE THIS CITY. "Little Beirut" will not back down. Your anonymous Fed Thugs will not own us. Every day and every night, Portland trots out the best of us: White, Black, and all shades in between. Moms, Dads, Teachers, Businessmen, Church-Goers, all walks of life, saying with one voice: NO. ENOUGH. The abuse from Trump and his Cronies ENDS HERE. BLACK LIVES MATTER. DESTROY THE PARAMILITARY POLICE MODEL IN AMERICA. RACIAL AND SOCIOECONOMIC JUSTICE FOR ALL.

Fill the streets, Portland. Day after Day. Make them back down. It will happen. And if they are stupid enough to escalate the violence, and God forbid someone gets killed from REAL ammunition (as the Fed Goon who drew a pistol in anger and fear last night when protesters pulled a fellow away from them showed is very possible), then Portland will come even harder. And bring other cities into the fight. And together, WE. WILL. WIN.
