I have had a really bad porn addiction. I have overcome it. I no longer watch porn for a few years now. But I am also impotent. Not sure if this is because of porn. doctor cannot find anything psychically wrong with me but I sometimes suffer severe depressions, so that could be the problem.

But I am asking myself this question. Could it be that because of watching so much porn that I unknowingly trained my brain to only enjoy sex from a 3rd person perspective? Meaning that sex from a 1st person perspective does not do anything for you anymore.

Also, if you have sexual fantasies about someone, do you fantasize about that person in the 1st person or in the 3rd person as if you are watching a porn movie?
