It gets better. First two weeks of literally changing what and where your brain defaults to, is difficult. Ol reliable ain’t so reliable anymore.
Push through. Push past the angst, the anxiety, the stress, the panic etc. of making a new better choice for yourself.
Hit the gym work out at home reconnect w friends and family go outside and meet new ppl, read learn expand your mind and create new experiences for yourself the worlds at your feet once you stop.
Imagine allll the time you spent last month doing shit you’re here to not do any longer.. a few hours, days maybe? And let’s not forget what you may or may not have spent $$$ wise. On top of the lying and shame and hiding and negative emotions that comes along with the whole cycle.
Now imagine all that energy, spent on something you’re proud of. Something that you can better yourself with. You can change your mind you can change your life.
Focus up. You got this. Thanks. Peace. ✌🏽
