After a tough weekend of failure, I’m back on the wagon. Had one of those “let me change my life” moments again. Spent a couple of hours removing all temptations as best as I could. I cleaned my social media algorithms and unfollowed all the models I had. I cleared my history and deleted all my bookmarks. The most important thing to me is I deleted all my dating app accounts, which were normally a major source of temptation for me. I’d struggled to outright delete them for a very long time and I managed to force myself last night in a moment of serious motivation.

At this point, my goal isn’t even to stop entirely, it’s more to get out of the routine and feeling like it rules my day.
