I deleted my 5yo porn Reddit account; along with the rest of my connections to porn.

Nearly 5 years of a built up collection of subreddits and saved posts gone… And I honestly want to cry. I feel sad for the younger me who has become desensitized to what seems like everything. I can confidently say porn has ruined my sex drive, my perception of what sex is, and has given me ED. It has held me back from developing genuine relationships and experiences.

I wish that I can say that this will be the end of my porn addiction days, but I know how difficult it can be and am ready to overcome those challenges.

Just know that if you’re in the same boat, stop before it can become a problem.
