Can I have a small to medium dose of seeds before MDMA

Hey I am curious I have a party I want to do 100mg mdma at but also want to not be in w/d - the amount of seeds I would use that morning would keep me well but not high. Is this particularly dangerous or within the realm of being reasonably safe?

It’s always worked for me. But I was always a pretty reckless drug user. I found opiates combined with mdma to be a great combination
