I don't know why it took me so long to figure this out but lactose intolerant tea users rejoice!! Milk has always made me poop my brains out when I was a kid. Diagnosed lactose intolerant and never fucked with the stuff again. Poppy tea has always made me constipated till I was scared. When constipated take a few shots of milk (along with my other normal pooping aides water, coffee, cig) and I'm back to a normal pooping schedule. Fuck yes ultimate win. So my non pooping friends that are allergic to milk I give you this obvious but vital piece of info.
