Is it common to get super high histamine from pod tea?

Red, itchy eyes, warm skin, insomnia, other high histamine symptoms

Decently common.
Adding to what the other person said: Take it 20 minutes before you dose your tea. That way you not only maximize symptom prevention but also (safely) potentiate the effect. Antihistamine & Weed are the two main safe potentiators for opiates.
