Pimple on my winkle

Hi all I've just seen that on my private areas that on the almost tip of it is a pimple, feels like a jaw breaker sweetie thing, is about the size of a 5p coin and stings when I move. I'm currently single so I'm not going to be using it anytime soon, also not going to be posting a picture for obvious reasons. I don't want to try and pop it in case I get it more infected than it already is. Hopefully someone can help Thanks 😊
