Start the Doordash orders immediately!

This is the only restaurant in my town that does not start doordash orders until the doordasher comes in the store, waits in line, and then informs the workers of the order ticket sitting right there in front of their face. Please do your job! It's not my job to tell you that you have an order.
Is this how all Popeyes are run, or are the people at my local restaurant doing it wrong?
