Ladder question/help?

I have a 24 foot prince craft. It has no ladders on it. The fence and the front goes all the way to the front so I can’t have a ladder up there unless I leave the door open. I can’t use one of the Undermount ladders because I use a scissor trailer and it would sit on the ladder. The back door sits all the way at the back of the boat can’t have a ladder there either unless I leave that door open. I have googled for hours. What is everybody else doing for ladders with the fence configuration like I have? Thank you for any help.
