Help w/ small canal toon.

Hello. I’m having a tough time finding manufactures of small toons. Pond King keeps coming up. I’m looking for something super simple like the pic. Something I can leave in my canal and do very little maintenance. Let it get rained on or in the sun all summer. A steering wheel might be cool. I have a great running 8hp I’d use. Doesn’t even need to be a pontoon. Just something that can always get rained on and won’t fill with water at all. Thanks.
