Woke up after my car running fine yesterday, sudden knock sounds like a rod bearing. First time Pontiac experience, I’ll continue to shun the last owner who abused the hell out of this engine for this to happen. It’s only got like 143k mileage lmfao

Common issue on those , the outside breaks loose and spins that’s what makes the knocking sound
