Really think hair troubles

As an asian male with typical thick hair i have trouble styling it. I use conditioner daily and shampoo every 2 days but still get a lot of fizz and strands of hair sticking out everywhere. This is my hair atm, as you can see styling it using pomade lodestar is still not getting it to mould nicely. :(
