Is it OK to mix pomades

I'm thinking of putting a little bit of Dax and cold label pomade on a isolated side of Murray's. I haven't used these pomade in a long time since using waves as a hair style a long time ago but I'm thinking of bringing it back. I don't Renember what my go to ess for my current hair length but I feel like they each gave a good consistency but work best for different lengths. I might do it in 2 hours or 1 if I don't get a response.
