Just a little personal story. Myself m35 and my gf f35 had discussed over the years about ENM and we both enjoyed talking about it and the idea but we never went and physically did anything with it for awhile. Both of us were fully aware and supportive of if rather one of us found a situation. After some time she found a few guys she dated off and on and one became a guy she regularly dated for about 3 years. That ended a few years ago. For some reason here lately we’ve just been meeting more, or finding out other people we’re close to are into similar situations. I’m talking people we’ve known since we were kids, just not something that ever came up. But when we met one of our good friends (at the time) new boyfriend and we would go out, my gf would mention to me that she found a good looking guy and just stuff like that, and I’d agree he’s what I would consider an attractive man. Anyways, we got invited to go out with them to a party awhile back and we couldn’t make it, but the lady friend of ours mentioned it wasn’t just a “party” and I sort of had the idea what she meant but nothing specific. Now a few months later we get offered again but more directly, again from the lady friend, and saying they’d like for us to come along with them as a group. While making plans for this we started going out more together and to more places that I would say aren’t not the local town bar. Now it’s progressing and it’s come to fruition that we’ve started dating. It’s been a journey for sure, and one of great surprise as we weren’t actively searching for anything, especially with people we already know. Anyone else ever really stumble into this?
