Cant open wallet to move NFT ??

I have claimed the free NFT from polkadot DECODED 2023 event by creating a new wallet, saving the 12 word seed phrase and entering the code i received via email, but how do i import that wallet to the polkadot browser extension so i can then send my NFT to another wallet ? The only option im getting is add account which ironically only allows me to create a totally new wallet, it has no option to open an existing wallet and allow me to enter my seed phrase.......
