Iβm not from the US but itβd be informative to get a quick overview on how each candidate has handled the israel/palestine conflict. How did Trump handle US relations with Israel in his term. Would he improve the situation or would it stay the same or would it get worse?
What role Biden has played in the conflict as I know the US had always been heavily involved.
Biden invoking the idea of an "ancient hatred" as the animating force for Hamas and for general Israeli resistance is what's at issue - any act of resistance against Israel, regardless of who does it, is automatically terrorism motivated by antisemitism and not seen as happening within the context of resistance to an occupation.
Green light to whatever Netanyahu wants
Netanyahu already has this, effectively.
Trump using the bully pulpit to berate the Palestinians and basically imply they're all terrorists
Biden is already doing this.
If protests are still active, they generally won't be an issue where federal law enforcement had a role, but Trump would still be asking when he could send the National Guard in. A repeat of the Lafayette Park fiasco, where law enforcement is used to clear protestors for a photo op, would not be completely unexpected
Again, this is already happening with state law enforcement.

My assertion is that Biden is feeding into this idea that the problems in the region go back centuries and that they're just intractable due to inherent differences between the people there.
