Yesterday, Ohioans voted to protect abortion rights and legalize recreational marijuana by significant margins (56-57% yes). Both results are opposed by Republican ideology, especially abortion where most states with a GOP-trifecta have severely restricted it.
Ohioans voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020 (53%), but the votes last night show that Ohioans reject at least 1 very key facet of the GOP. Therefore, if a majority of Ohioans vote for the Republican presidential candidate in 2024, how would you explain that?
