Minnesota has became the 23rd U.S. state to legalize recreational marijuana. What does the future of marijuana legalization in the U.S. look like? What states will be next to follow?

Post Body

Early this morning, Minnesota joined the following states in legalizing marijuana: Alaska, California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Virginia, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, Delaware, Colorado and Washington D.C.

With almost half the states in the country now having legalized marijuana, will this increase pressure to get this done at the federal level? What states could we expect to next legalize (for me, only 3 states stand out as of now for not legalizing, New Hampshire, Hawaii and Pennsylvania)?
