I have no regrets about doing sex work (started ten years ago!), and it hasn't negatively affected my dating prospects, as I'm already polyamorous and sex work is not unusual in my communities, and guys date and marry promiscuous women all the time (and are promiscuous themselves!). Basically way more bonobo culture, everybody gets laid more.
